(2)adsorption recovery method:adsorbing the organic waste gas with fiber active carbon , performing desorption regeneration after being close to saturation with superheated steam ; and the method has the requirement of providing the necessary steam amount . (3)Adsorption catalytic combustion: This method integrates the advantages of adsorption method and catalytic combustion method. A new adsorption material (honeycomb activated carbon) is used to adsorb and desorb with hot air. After desorption the waste gas is introduced into the catalytic combustion bed without flame and thoroughly purified. The heat gas is recycled in the system and the energy consumption is greatly reduced. This method has the advantages of stable operation low investment and low operating cost. It is suitable for the treatment of waste gas with large air volume and low concentration. It is a mature and practical method for the treatment of organic waste gas in China at present. Widely used in automotive 3 C / T, electric vehicles, home appliances, hardware, plastics, machinery and other coated waste gas treatment.
